Megan – Reception Team Lead

Megan joined the PG Vet team in August 2022. She is from Langley and brings five years of experience in a small animal veterinary clinic setting.

Shown here with one of her three horses; she also shares her home with four dogs and two cats. When Megan is not at our front desk helping clients, she’s usually found in the barn with the horses or out adventuring with her dogs.

Payton – Reception

Payton joined our front desk team in 2024. She has always had a love for all kinds of animals. Following some career changes as an adult, Payton decided to revisit the idea of working with them.

Exotic animals, especially birds, are what she is most passionate about. She currently lives with her boyfriend, a Senegal parrot, a cockatiel, and a corn snake. When not at work, she volunteers for Good Caws Crow Rescue, spends time with her birds, or works on art projects.

Amanda – Reception

Amanda joined our team in October 2022.

Hannah – Reception

Hannah joined our team in August 2019. Born and raised in Prince George, she has been an animal lover since childhood and loves walking her dog, Lilo. Her childhood dream was to become a veterinarian.

Cassandra – Reception

Cassandra joined our team in October 2025.

Jordynne – Exam Room Assistant

Jordynne joined our team in May 2021. Born in Chilliwack and raised in Prince George, she lives with her boyfriend, Labrador Retriever Rocky, and two orange cats, Felix and Tigger. Her interest in animal care grew after helping Tigger through illness.

In her spare time, she enjoys photography, reading, travelling, and teaching herself guitar.

Marcus – Exam Room Assistant

Marcus joined our team in February 2022. He was born and raised in Prince Rupert and moved to Prince George in 2016. He always knew he wanted to work with animals and is excited to be doing so now.

Marcus doesn’t have pets of his own but enjoys living with his cat niece and nephew, Missy and Podrick.

Alicia – Exam Room Assistant

Alicia joined our team in 2024. Born and raised in Prince George, she’s loved animals since childhood and completed an Animal Healthcare Assistant program to pursue her passion.

In her free time, Alicia enjoys spending time outdoors with her three children—camping, swimming, fishing, and in winter, hockey and skating.

Avery – Laboratory Assistant

Avery joined the PG Vet team in October 2022. She grew up in a small northern Ontario town, where she found her love for animals through volunteering at wildlife rehabilitation centres and working with large animals.

In her free time, Avery enjoys training her dogs, Ellie and Stevie, and exploring the province with her husband, Josh.

Tammy – Pharmacy Assistant

Tammy was born and raised in Prince George and graduated from Duchess Park Secondary School. She joined PG Vet in 2009. Outside of work, she enjoys camping, fishing, reading, and walking with her family and pets, which include five cats and one dog.
