Megan joined the PG Vet team in August 2022. She is from Langley and brings five years of experience in a small animal veterinary clinic setting.
Shown here with one of her three horses; she also shares her home with four dogs and two cats.
When Megan is not at our front desk helping our clients, she is usually found spending her time in the barn with the horses or out adventuring with the dogs.
Ema joined the PG Vet team in December 2022
Kayla joined our reception team in July 2023.
She was born and raised in Prince George, and graduated from College Heights Secondary School. Over the years Kayla has owned horses, cats, dogs, chickens and goats and has always had a love for animals. She has been surrounded by animals since a young age. In addition, Kayla has worked in customer service for four years, but her true calling is a desire to work with animals on a daily basis.
In her free time she enjoys hanging out with friends and family, horseback riding, camping, but most importantly coming home from a busy day, and cuddling her two dogs and new kitten
In her spare time, she enjoys photography, reading, travelling, and teaching herself the guitar. |
Elizabeth - Exam Room Assistant
When Elizabeth is not at work, she enjoys spending time outside; camping, fishing and atv-ing. She hopes to one day live on an acreage and have a hobby farm. |
Hannah - Exam Room Assistant
Hannah joined our team in August 2019. She was born and raised in Prince George. Hannah has been an animal lover since she was a child and loves to walk her dog, Lilo. Her childhood dream was to become a veterinarian.
When Hannah is not at work she enjoys traveling and watching movies.
Marcus - Exam Room Assistant Marcus became a member of our team in February 2022. He was born and raised in Prince Rupert and moved to Prince George in the fall of 2016. He always knew he would end up working with animals and is so excited to finally be doing that. Marcus doesn't have any of his own pets but happily lives with his cat niece and cat nephew, Missy and Podrick. |
Angeline joined the PG Vet team in July 2022. She grew up in Quesnel and moved to Prince George in 2018. She lives with a feline, Ellie and a small dog, Kilo.
She has always had a love for animals and hopes to one day pursue further education in the veterinary field.
Angeline used to play soccer competitively and traveled to explore Canada and the USA. Now she plays soccer for fun and recreation when she's not here greeting our clients and patients with a friendly smile.
Avery joined the PG Vet team in October 2022. She grew up in a small northern town in Ontario, where she found her love for animals through volunteering at wildlife rehabilitation centres and working with large animals. She moved to B.C. with her husband in 2020, and began her career journey within animal health and welfare since then. Avery hopes to return to school to become a registered veterinary technologist.
During her free time, she enjoys training her dogs, Ellie, an Australian Cattle Dog, and Stevie, a Catahoula Leopard Cross, as well as backpacking and exploring the province with her husband, Josh.
Amanda joined the PG Vet team in October 2022. She grew up in Enderby, BC and moved to Prince George in 2010 to continue her schooling. Amanda has always loved animals and had a variety of pets; birds, dogs and cats.
Her current goal is to attend a Veterinary Technology Program as it has always been her dream to have a career working with animals.
When Amanda is not at work, she enjoys playing piano, spending time outdoors and caring for her cat and rabbit.
Prangthip joined our team in June 2023 and she prefers to go by her nickname, Prang, which is most easily pronounced like 'prong'.
Prang was born and raised in Thailand until she moved to Canada in December 2021, then more recently, her and her partner relocated to Prince George.
In her free time, she likes to go hiking and really likes to cook, Thai food is her favourite. Prang is looking forward to trying winter activities in Canada, such as skiing, snowboarding and snowmobiling because she didn't get to experience snow in Thailand.
Sam grew up in Fort St. John, BC. She has always loved animals. Sam spends her free time camping or hiking. She lives with her two dogs; a Lab cross and a Catahoula Leopard cross as well as two cats.
Her favourite part about working at PG Vet is observing the variety of surgical and treatment room procedures being done.
Tammy was born and raised in Prince George, and graduated from Duchess Park Secondary School. She started working at the Prince George Veterinary Hospital in 2009. While not at work she enjoys spending time with her family out camping and fishing. Tammy also enjoys reading and going on walks. Her furry family includes five cats and one dog. |
