To allow enough time for all patients and scheduled surgical procedures, we operate primarily by scheduled appointment. Emergency cases receive top priority, which means an occasional appointment delay is inevitable. We would like to assure you that we make a sincere attempt to see each client on time.
Your pet may be well behaved at your home and on regular outings but we require your pet to be restrained whenever he/she is in our building because there are other pets present who are uneasy and stressed and some who do not get along with others very all, especially when they sick or injured.
We respectfully request a minimum of 24 business hours warning for regular appointments and 48 business hours for surgeries. This allows us to fill the spot with a waiting patient. Missing appointments or surgeries may result in a cancellation charge applied to your account.
We require that animals be placed on a leash or in pet carriers before entering the waiting room.
We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, debit and cash. We also accept your deposit(s) in advance of a planned procedure and these prepayments may be done via email transfer(s) sent to [email protected]

Everyone deserves to work without fear of abuse or harassment. Our staff work very hard to help you and your family. Any aggressive or abusive language or action will not be tolerated. Please be patient while we do our best to serve you .
